Travel MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Are you a skilled and adaptable RN ready to take your career on the road? Join a dynamic Float Pool team in beautiful Tucson, AZ, where your expertise in Med/Surg and Telemetry will make a meaningful impact across multiple facilities. As a Travel MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse , you will take full accountability for delivering high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process, aligned with state Nurse Practice Act standards and hospital policies. This role calls for strong clinical judgment, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring safe patient outcomes while guiding and supporting fellow care team members. Start Date: ASAP (within 2 weeks of offer preferred) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week Optional: 48-hour guarantee may be considered Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care using critical thinking and clinical expertise Anticipate, plan, and implement safe care strategies Delegate tasks based on team members’ skill levels and experience Supervise and support patient care staff Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations Requirements BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required) Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry experience Prior Cerner EMR experience required Comfortable working in a 6:1 patient ratio Willingness to float between multiple facilities Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Position Type: Travel Why Tucson?
