HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist

The State of West Virginia seeks a Human Resources Associate to perform professional HR operations across payroll, benefits, records, and employee relations within a state facility. Under supervision, you will handle timekeeping, payroll accuracy, disciplinary actions, and leave management (FMLA, Workers’ Compensation) using Kronos, NeoGov, and OASIS, while driving full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding of new staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
