Front Desk Host - Part Time

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina Location: US - MD - Cambridge Front Office Hourly/Entry Level Employee – Part-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Summary You’ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Desk Associate. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and complete the registration/check-in process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirming guest information and room rate, selecting rooms, and coding electronic keys. Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for. Ensure prompt delivery of final bills to guests. Communicate hotel services and promotions. Process forms of payment. Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Note: The position responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
