About this role:

\n

As a Part-time Physician in Emergency Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

\n

\n
• Competitive Compensation: $301,608 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive and night shift differential for each night shift worked.
\n
• Quality Bonus: $3,750
\n
• Incentives: $18,750 starting bonus, up to $15,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $75,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible! ​
\n
• You will practice at St. James Healthcare, a Level 4 Trauma Center, in Butte, MT.
\n
• Shifts will be 12-hour shifts, nights preferred but 50/50 night/day split optional.
\n
• Part-time is considered 106 12-Hr shifts for the year.
\n
• Daily APP coverage from 11-11.
\n
• Connections to St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, and other Intermountain Health hospitals.

What you’ll bring:

\n

\n
• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
\n
• Residency trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
\n
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
\n
• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
\n
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
\n
• Passion for emergency medicine and rural communities.
\n
• 3 to 5 years of Emergency Medicine experience is preferred.
\n
• Open to nights.
\n

We have Life Flight services available 24-7-365 to receive & transport patients as needed. We offer comprehensive, specialty care, including a da Vinci Robotics surgery.
