As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you are the highest-level clinical authority on duty overnight ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards. What You’ll Do: Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies Supervise caregivers and medication staff Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families What We’re Looking For: Active RN or LPN license in good standing Graduate of approved nursing program 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Lead Overnight Clinical Care and Protect Resident Safety Night Shift Nurse Supervisor | RN | LPN | Overnight Nursing | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership Pay Range: 28.35 - 35.55 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
