At Carp’s Complete Exteriors, we’re looking for a driven, competitive Outside Sales Consultant who wants to build a serious career and have direct control over their income.

This is a 100% commission sales position with upside earning potential , company-provided leads, a company truck, gas card, phone, and health insurance options. Our highest achievers have the opportunity to earn $300,000+ annually .

This is not an entry-level sales position, and it isn’t designed for someone looking for a comfortable paycheck regardless of performance. We’re looking for a proven salesperson who is motivated by winning, income, growth, and being part of a high-performance culture .

Carp’s Complete Exteriors is a premium exterior remodeling company specializing in high-end siding, roofing, windows, and doors. We don’t compete by being the cheapest contractor. We sell craftsmanship, premium products, professional processes, and a true 5-Star client experience.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, identify what they’re trying to accomplish, and confidently guide them toward the right solution. You’ll be supported with company-generated opportunities, premium products, technology, training, and a proven sales process—but what you do with those opportunities is ultimately up to you.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Consultative In-Home Sales Presentations: Meet directly with homeowners to understand their exterior remodeling needs and recommend customized siding, roofing, window, and door solutions. Build value around the right solution, craftsmanship, and customer experience rather than relying on price to make the sale.

• Follow a Proven Sales Process: Work within our established sales system and utilize company CRM, estimating, and sales technology. Every appointment, estimate, follow-up, and project must be properly documented. We provide the system—you are expected to execute it.

• Manage Opportunities from Appointment to Contract: Take ownership of each opportunity from the initial consultation through signed agreement. Prepare accurate proposals, protect company margin standards, communicate professionally, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the business.

• Build and Maintain a Strong Pipeline: Company-generated leads are provided, but elite salespeople don’t depend exclusively on leads being handed to them. Consistently follow up, generate referrals, revive previous opportunities, and develop additional business.

• Perform to Measurable Standards: We operate with clear sales KPIs and accountability. Manage your pipeline, maintain consistent follow-up, improve your closing percentage, and take ownership of your results.

• Become an Expert at Selling Premium: Develop strong knowledge of our products, financing programs, competitors, and market. You should be able to clearly explain why a homeowner should invest more for a better product, installation, company, and overall experience.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of success in sales, preferably high-ticket or in-home sales.

• Experience selling $20,000+ projects or other high-value products/services.

• A competitive personality and strong desire to achieve.

• Confidence asking for the sale and working through objections.

• The ability to sell value without immediately resorting to discounts.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Comfort working inside CRM systems and following structured processes.

• A high level of personal accountability and self-motivation.

• A coachable mindset and desire to continuously improve.

• Professional appearance and ability to confidently work with homeowners making significant investments in their properties.

This role is not for:

• Order takers who wait for customers to sell themselves.

• Salespeople who need a guaranteed salary to stay motivated.

• People who blame leads, pricing, competition, or the customer for poor results.

• Salespeople who rely on discounting instead of building value.

• Individuals who resist coaching, accountability, CRM documentation, or established systems.

• People satisfied with average performance and average income.

• High-pressure closers who can sell but create problems for the customer or the rest of the team.
