Job Summary Under the direction of the Health Services Coordinator, camp nurses will provide care to individual staff and campers. If you love helping others, working with children, and exploring other languages and cultures, join us this summer! NO foreign language skills are required for health care roles. Benefits Free Meals Free Lodging (private room) Continuing education opportunities Tuition Discount for your child at camp What you’ll do Collaborate with Concordia Language Villages Health Services Coordinator & Village Deans to provide for the healthcare needs of staff and children Use an electronic medical records system to enter and maintain the health records of the Village Supervise Village’s Health Interns/Health Center Assistant (HCA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and/or Village First Aider Collaborate with program staff to provide a safe and healthy environment for program participants Adapt to constantly changing environment with flexibility and a problem‑solving style Communicate with parents/guardians about updates to their children’s health as needed Supervise distribution of medication to staff and villagers Demonstrate understanding of youth mental, emotional, and social health needs Requirements Minimum Qualifications LPN, RN, NP, MA, PA, DO, or MD (current MN Licensure) CPR Certified and experience in First Aid Ability to use technology including electronic medical records system, email and virtual conferencing software Concordia Language Villages in Bemidji, Minnesota, is a program of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. #J-18808-Ljbffr
