About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the revenue and product-facing side of marketing, with a focus on scaling the business and reshaping the function around AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across various channels, improving CAC efficiency, and building a robust attribution and reporting system. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate strategically and is adept at growth marketing, experimentation, and operationalizing CRO. The VP of Marketing will also be instrumental in tightening ICP targeting, funnel conversion, and aligning marketing with the sales process. A key aspect of the role is to lead the team in an AI-first marketing organization, re-architecting the team and operating model to deliver more output and making AI a default in all marketing workflows. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have 8-12+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant recent focus on being a hands-on operator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running various marketing functions and leading a team of 10-15 marketers. A strong technical foundation in marketing analytics, CRM/MA, and a modern paid and lifecycle stack is essential, as is fluency in modern AI marketing tools. The role demands a builder with a startup tempo, who is quantitative, and has a high taste for quality work. The VP of Marketing will be expected to be the marketing counterpart to product leadership, leading product positioning, messaging, and launches, and improving the adoption and monetization of the company's products.
