Your Key Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive assessments of patients, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or autonomously (based on your credentials)
• Educating patients and their families on disease prevention, wellness practices, and management strategies
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies as per your practice scope
• Engaging in follow-up care and chronic condition management for patients
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient-centric care
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Needed

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain these within 90 days)
