Job Description

The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader oversees a small team of 1-2 members, providing hands-on leadership to ensure quality landscape maintenance services. This role involves weekly site visits where the leader supervises daily tasks such as mowing, trimming, and equipment operation while maintaining strong customer interaction. The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a small landscape maintenance crew
Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure quality control on all maintenance tasks
Maintain positive interactions with customers on site
Perform mowing, trimming, and other landscape maintenance duties
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in landscape maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in equipment operation
Team leadership skills
Knowledge of safety compliance
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills
