• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Day Shift, scheduled between the hours of 6:30am - 7:30pm, Rotating weekends and holidays 
• Sign on bonus: $7,500

Role Overview

As a Surgical Technologist, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment. You¿ll work under the direction of Registered Nurses and Surgical Team members, anticipating the needs of surgeons and supporting patient care in the operating room. Your expertise contributes directly to the safety, comfort, and successful outcomes of our patients.

What You Will Do

• Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment during general to moderately complex procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and surgical team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with patient preparation, transport, and specific patient care duties to meet safety and comfort needs.
• Respond to emergent situations according to established procedures.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Graduate of a Surgical Technology program or six (6) months specialized patient care training in the armed forces.
• Current BLS certification or ability to become BLS certified within one month of start date.

Preferred Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist certification.
