About the Role
The Company is in search of a President to lead its wire and cable manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation within the organization. This executive role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in senior leadership, particularly in large-scale manufacturing, and a strong background in managing a substantial P&L. Experience in multi-plant, high-volume manufacturing operations, and expertise in Lean manufacturing, financial performance, and continuous improvement are essential. The President will also be expected to demonstrate strong commercial leadership, preferably with electrical distribution, industrial, or national retail customers, and to be an inspirational leader who fosters accountability, talent development, and results. Applicants for the President position at the company should have at least 15 years of senior leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in commodity-based manufacturing, such as copper, aluminum, or steel. The role offers the opportunity to lead a growing and profitable business with the autonomy to shape strategy and create a lasting impact. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of strengthening operations and leading a high-performing team.
