Job Summary:
Are you ready for a fast paced, team focused position? A Treatment Coordinator's primary responsibility is the provision of case management services to a maximum of eight (8) TFC clients. TCs regularly support the TFC parents in implementation of the client's treatment plan interventions and coach the parents in best supporting a diverse population of trauma effected youth. The following responsibilities are included in, but not limited to, the position of Treatment Coordinator

- Exhibits skills in comprehending, interpreting, and completing delegated tasks efficiently.
- Autonomous; must have the ability to work independently and follow-up on all work assignments.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize quickly and work under pressure without losing sight of objectives.
- Reliable; exhibits good attendance.
- Functions as a member of a team who actively and positively contributes to a productive and constructive work environment.
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion as a rule.
Job Requirements:
Treatment coordinator qualifications: The treatment coordinator possesses one of the following: a master's degree from an accredited program in social work or another human-services field; or a bachelor's degree in social work or another related human-service field and two years' experience serving children and their families.
