You'll collaborate closely with our Wellness Program Director and the Children & Family Services Director, ensuring that mental health services are culturally relevant and effectively address the community's needs.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide clinical counseling services via telehealth platforms, creating individualized treatment plans that align with the client's goals and needs. \n
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. \n
- Engage in community development initiatives, actively participating in outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and education. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of services provided, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while upholding the strictest confidentiality standards. \n
- Offer crisis intervention services as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic methods to ensure client safety and support during emergencies. \n
- Contribute to team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required. \n
- Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD. \n
- Basic proficiency in personal computer usage, with the ability to learn various software, including word processing and spreadsheets. \n
- A successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory. \n

- Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions effectively. \n
