The workshop includes professional development, mentorship, financial literacy, conflict resolution, team building, and workplace readiness.The next cohort begins November 9, 2026.What We OfferStarting pay: $17.50 per hourPaid five-day Career Readiness WorkshopFree transportation to and from workNo manufacturing experience requiredHands-on trainingOpportunities for career advancementSupportive team environmentMentorship and career developmentPosition SummaryAs a Manufacturing Associate, you'll help produce magazines, catalogs, newspaper inserts, and other printed products while learning the printing process from the ground up.Responsibilities include:Removing printed product from production equipmentStacking, sorting, and packaging finished productsLoading collator hoppersPalletizing finished materialsMoving materials using pallet jacks and Big Joe liftsSupporting press and finishing crewsFollowing quality and safety proceduresMaintaining a clean and organized work areaWorking as part of a team to meet production goalsSchedule Requirements (Required)This position requires working 12-hour rotating shifts.Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)Choose one schedule:Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other SundayORThursday, Friday, and every other SundayNight Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Choose one schedule:Monday, Tuesday, and every other SaturdayORWednesday, Thursday, and every other SaturdayApplicants must be able to commit to one of these schedules consistently.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable individuals who:Are at least 18 years oldHave a solid work historyWant to build a long-term careerWork well on a teamFollow directions and safety proceduresHave strong attendance and reliabilityCan read, write, and communicate effectivelyAre willing to learnPhysical RequirementsThis position requires:Standing for the full 12-hour shiftFrequent lifting of 10–30 poundsOccasional lifting up to 60 poundsRepetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and stackingMoving pallets and materials using powered equipment after trainingBefore You StartAll selected candidates will complete the paid five-day Project Impact Career Readiness Workshop in Milwaukee before beginning work at Quad.The workshop helps prepare you for success through:Professional developmentWorkplace communicationConflict resolutionTeam buildingFinancial literacyMentorshipWhy Quad?At Quad, we believe potential matters.
