Obstetrics and Gynecology Program Director

Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN GME program director to join our 24-resident program in El Paso, TX.

Qualified candidates:

• Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain one
• Must be certified in ABOG or AOBOG
• Must have at least three years of documented residency program leadership experience
• Be willing to combine administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50)
• Have strong administrative and team building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ongoing and continuous scholarly activity is expected
• Prior experience as a chief resident or core faculty are highly encouraged to apply.
• Full scope of OB/GYN with opportunity of inpatient and outpatient work.
