PMHNP (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner)

Base Pay $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 / Year At Compass of Hope, we reject the model of rushed 5–15 minute medication check-ins. We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is organized, dedicated, and professional—someone who prioritizes thoughtful, comprehensive care over quick prescribing. Our ideal candidate takes the time to assess the full picture, ensuring that underlying medical conditions are not contributing to mental health symptoms, and values collaboration as a cornerstone of effective treatment. Must be comfortable in working with children and adults. You will be supported by a strong clinical team, including CMAs who manage all pending prescriptions, prior authorizations, and assists with any additional needs. This structure is intentionally designed so you can focus primarily on seeing patient with quality care. Requirements Must be comfortable prescribing medication for both children and adults. Training will be provided for our Spravato/Ketamine clinic. Preferred: 1+ year of experience and the ability to work independently.
