Territory Manager (Philadelphia, PA - East) - Johnson and Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Territory Manager for its Philadelphia-based electrophysiology business unit. This clinical sales role involves managing cardiovascular device sales in an assigned territory, leading a pod of specialists, and building relationships with hospital systems and physicians to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and key business metrics by executing company strategies in assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and healthcare executives to grow business
• Coordinate activities of Clinical Account Specialists and other team members to deliver customer service
• Drive territory business plan through regular pod communications and opportunity assessments
• Manage new product introductions, pricing communications, and customer contract follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three years healthcare or business-to-business sales experience, preferably in cardio/cardiovascular
• Valid United States driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in clinical lab environments
• Medical device sales experience preferred
• Prior management experience preferred
