Per Diem / On-Call - minimum 4 shifts per month Rotating/Variable Shift Department Description The mission of the Department of Spiritual Care is to provide high quality, cross-culturally sensitive spiritual care to patients, families and staff of Harborview Medical Center as well as to provide a program of pastoral education to clergy, theological students, and qualified lay persons in the hospital and the larger community which the Medical Center serves. Show that you care by being positive, supportive, discrete, respectful, friendly, easy to talk to, courteous, and welcoming Complete an entry into the patient’s electronic medical record after each clinical encounter. In addition, when carrying the on-call pager, chaplains must keep an accurate record in the on-call log Maintain patient confidentiality Required Position Qualifications Master's Degree of Divinity or equivalent Have completed at least one unit of CPE in the ACPE Program, or equivalent.
