Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

This role involves providing onsite, comprehensive psychiatric care in an outpatient setting, focusing on adults with acute mental health needs. The psychiatrist will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and address crisis situations while working closely with a collaborative care team. The patient population primarily includes individuals with severe mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic conditions, and co-occurring substance use issues, as well as patients experiencing acute psychiatric crises. Responsibilities include supporting advanced practice nurses, ensuring accurate documentation in Cerner EMR, and delivering patient-centered treatment plans tailored to complex cases. This position offers a structured weekday schedule with no on-call duties, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balanced and impactful role in community mental health.
