Job Specifics

Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days, Monday - Friday

• Flexibility between 7:00am - 6:00pm
• No Weekends or Holidays
• Hybrid option after training and leader approval (approx. 12 months)

While leading with love, deliver high-impact executive support through strategic coordination, expert-level administrative skills, and a proactive leadership mindset. Continuously elevate professional capabilities through ongoing learning and development. Serve as a trusted partner in advancing the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Two-year associate degree preferred

Certification/Registration/Licensure: N/A

Experience: Five years of experience providing administrative support to executive leaders preferred without an associate degree, or two to four years of administrative experience with an associate degree.
