Job Description

In this position, you will be working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. The Warehouse Distribution Associate will be responsible for safely operating equipment, selecting orders, packing out orders when needed, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires strong attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a cherry picker and/or sit-down forklift
• Select and move products accurately throughout the warehouse
• Pack out orders when needed
• Support inventory accuracy and proper product placement
• Follow established safety and quality assurance standards
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in order selection, distribution, or warehouse operations
• Cherry picker or forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Proven track record of good attendance
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
