Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology and media location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including office spaces, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assist with entry screening, and support access control processes. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with established protocols. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted activity. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
