About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to play a pivotal role in leading the new Strategy Enablement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for centralizing strategic planning, coordination, and execution support across the Corporate Strategy team. This includes running the annual strategic planning and deployment cycle, supporting the Executive Leadership Team's operating cadence, and leading strategic projects on behalf of senior leaders. The role demands a trusted advisor and exceptional operator who can act as the connective tissue between the Executive Leadership Team, Commercial leadership, and the Corporate Strategy team. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to work closely with the CSO, Commercial leaders, and the CEO's office to ensure the strategic planning process and key leadership moments are running smoothly. Applicants for this critical leadership position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Chief of Staff, executive operations, corporate strategy, transformation, program leadership, or consulting role, ideally supporting a C-suite or senior executive leader. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer products, services, retail, software, analytics, or business intelligence, and possess strong program and project management skills. Hands-on fluency with AI tools is essential, as the role involves using AI for synthesis, planning, and content creation. The candidate must demonstrate excellent people and leadership skills, the ability to earn trust quickly, and a passion for enabling others' success. Unquestionable discretion, strong financial and business acumen, and exceptional communication skills are also key requirements.
