Service Tech Manager

Service Tech Manager We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Tech Manager to lead our Tech team. Shelf2Cart provides a custom Label printing solution to many grocery stores across the country. Our system allows on-demand printing of branded labels for in-store products. We are searching for a self‑motivated manager who excels at building and strengthening the relationship between our customers and our business model and also be able to apply your IT knowledge and skills in supporting our product and servicing repairs. Responsibilities Serves as the team lead for customers who experience technical issues Provide support and repairs for computer, printer, and scale hardware Software support and networking skills Scripting basic code using Visual Basic Creating/Deploying Windows Images Prepares, deploys, and tests our solution for our customers Remote connection for troubleshooting with our customers Oversee and support the team while they diagnose and repair broken printers and computer touch screens Creates and maintains documentation using our ticketing system Act as an escalation point for more advanced tech issues Keeping accurate, consistent, and organized logs of parts used and work performed on equipment Maintain our inventory of equipment and reporting to manager on staff performance Qualifications Microsoft and Network certification or training a plus Basic computer and networking skills 1-2 years of management experience Experience providing remote support/troubleshooting Comptia A+ training Ability to troubleshoot and think under pressure Ability to multi‑task or prioritize Should have excellent oral and written communication skills Availability Must be available for on-call rotation approximately 1 weekend every 5 weeks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaav
