Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Assisted Hygiene, $50/hr Guaranteed + 15% Production Bonus

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Marietta Dentist is a fee-for-service, out-of-network practice. No insurance-driven 30-minute recalls. No prophy quotas. No arguing with a payer about whether a patient's perio is covered. You diagnose and treat at the standard you were trained to, with the time, the tools, and the support to actually do it. This is an assisted-hygiene role, and the assistant is provided. Seating, radiographs, sterilization, room turnover, and charting support are handled by your chairside assistant. Your time goes to diagnosing and treating. The result is a faster, smoother, higher-producing day without the wrist pain and charting backlog. We're currently at 109 Powers Ferry Rd and relocating soon to a brand-new facility at 278 North Marietta Pkwy, steps from Marietta Square.

$50/hour guaranteed for every clinical hour you work. That's your floor, not your ceiling. 15% production bonus on collected production above your monthly goal, paid monthly on top of your base. Guaranteed base of $83K$104K/year depending on a 4- or 5-day schedule. Realistic total for a strong producer: ~$114K at 4 days/week, ~$143K at 5 days/week, with no ceiling for top performers. Your monthly goal is tied to the hours you actually work, so you're never penalized for a light week or a day off. You earn on your own production above your own goal, never affected by anyone else's column.

We're building the schedule together at the new location. Your full $50/hour base is guaranteed from day one, and your production goal starts reduced and steps up as the schedule fills. You're never handed a full goal against an empty column.

Comprehensive hygiene visits with full periodontal assessment, oral cancer screening, and patient education. Non-surgical periodontal therapy and periodontal maintenance on a perio-active patient base. Co-diagnose with a doctor who backs your diagnosis in the room. Direct a chairside assistant to run an efficient, well-supported column.

Chairside assistant on every column. AI-assisted diagnostics (Pearl), digital imaging, and chairside patient-education galleries so patients see what you see and accept the care they need. Clear treatment protocols and adequate time with every patient. Quality instruments and supplies. A positive, direct, no-drama team culture.

Georgia RDH license (or eligible); local anesthesia certification preferred. Comfortable working with and directing a chairside assistant. New grads and experienced hygienists both welcome. Clinical judgment and how you treat patients matter more than years on a resume. Someone who wants to practice hygiene the way they were taught, and is tired of being told that's not possible.

Submit your resume along with a sentence or two on what you'd do differently if you had the time and support to treat every patient properly. Qualified candidates complete a brief personality survey before interviewing. The owner reads every application personally.
