Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

Job Responsibilities Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store. Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans. Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion. Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and product features. Present coverage and plan advantages to customers. Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems. Maximize time on shift by learning new innovations in wireless and technology. Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to resolve customer issues and create seamless experience. Identify and hand off small business leads. Support team initiatives and promote an inclusive environment. Education High School Diploma or GED (Required). Work Experience At least 6 months of customer‑service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Required). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Passionate customer advocate with genuine enthusiasm. Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas and resolving issues. Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals. Minimum age 18 years old. Travel & Safety Travel Required: No. DOT Regulated Position: No. Safety Sensitive Position: No. Compensation Hourly base pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive training pay and are eligible for promotion to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year.
