Behavioral Health Technician

Locations: Toms River, Freehold, Phillipsburg, Green Brook, Atlantic County, Cape May County, and other New Jersey service areas Schedule: Daytime and afternoon opportunities available based on location Make a Difference Every Day! We are looking for compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians/RBTs to join our team across New Jersey. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment programs. Support communication, social, daily living, and developmental skills. Collect data and complete accurate session notes. Build positive relationships with children and families. Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings. Assist with personal-care needs when necessary. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 6+ months of experience working with children preferred. Active RBT certification or willingness to become an RBT. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and receptive to feedback. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Availability based on the needs of the assigned location. Not an RBT? We Can Help!
