Paralegal – Landlord/Tenant & Civil Litigation Location: Bellevue, WA (Fully Onsite) Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 DOE About the Firm LHH has partnered with a growing Bellevue-based law firm with a strong focus on landlord representation is seeking a Paralegal to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their work, managing cases from start to finish, and working closely with clients and attorneys in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Manage cases from intake through resolution Prepare, file, and organize legal documents Maintain court calendars and monitor deadlines across multiple jurisdictions Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Assist attorneys with landlord-tenant and civil litigation matters Track deadlines and proactively address case needs Ensure accuracy and compliance with county-specific filing requirements Qualifications Prior paralegal experience in civil litigation required Experience handling landlord-tenant or eviction matters strongly preferred Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and competing deadlines Strong calendaring, filing, and case management skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and professionalism Preferred Experience Collections Foreclosure WA eFiling Exposure to Oregon filings is a plus!
