Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH!MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Knowledge Management Analyst to join our team in Dallas, TX.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintains and reviews knowledge management databases to identify opportunities for improving information flow and accessibility.Execute the migration of content to centralized platforms and perform routine audits to ensure data remains current and organized.Prepare detailed reports on KM system usage and provide technical assistance to users encountering information-sharing challenges.Coordinates the population of mission-specific knowledge bases to support ongoing activities within the regional distribution hubs.Assist in the development of automated workflows that streamline the reporting process for logistics and infrastructure status.Monitor regional information portals to identify and bridge knowledge gaps that could impact theater mission readiness.Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management, Library Science, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).3+ years of position-relevant experience.Foundational certification in Knowledge Management or Information Management.Preferred Qualifications:7 years of position-relevant experience.Experience supporting military headquarters in USPACOM.Familiarity with secure information sharing protocols and collaborative software tools.Clearance Requirements:Must hold an active Secret clearancePhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.MANTECH considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.
