If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and working with advanced manufacturing equipment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair production, packaging, filling, and conveyor equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtimeDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systemsSupport continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reliabilityEnsure equipment meets food safety, quality, and regulatory standardsComplete maintenance work orders and maintenance documentationAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility projectsPartner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sanitation teamsFollow all safety procedures, including LOTO, GMP, and food safety requirementsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GEDMaintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, beverage production, or industrial environmentsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsTechnical degree, trade certification, or apprenticeship trainingExperience in food, beverage, dairy, bakery, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturingPLC troubleshooting experienceKnowledge of GMP, food safety, and sanitation standardsCMMS experienceWork EnvironmentClean and well-lit manufacturing facilityModern production equipmentSupportive team environmentStrong focus on safety, quality, and employee growthReady to put your maintenance skills to work in a growing manufacturing operation?
