Job Full Description

Express is seeking an Industrial Coating Technician for a local company in New Castle, PA!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare metal parts for coating by cleaning, polishing, and masking surfaces as required
  • Set up and operate coating equipment, monitoring parameters
  • Mix and maintain solutions according to specified formulas
  • Inspect coated parts for thickness, adhesion, and surface finish, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of coating processes, including solution compositions and process times.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal finishing or a related field is required.
  • Experience in chrome plating or a similar metal finishing process preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required
Schedule:
  • Monday- Friday
  • 7:00AM-3:30PM
  • Overtime available
Pay:
  • $17.00+/hr based on experience
