IT Infrastructure Manager The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, databases, and end‑user support systems. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of all infrastructure components while leading a team of technical professionals. The manager also oversees database administration and help desk operations to ensure high‑quality service delivery and user satisfaction. Reports to Director of Information Technology Premium Auditor The Premium Auditor is responsible for conducting workers’ compensation premium audits both remotely and on‑site at the insured’s location or independent accounting firm in a timely and cost‑effective manner. This position also serves as a professional resource to other departments on Workers’ Compensation and National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) rules, regulations, and classifications. Systems Analyst This position is responsible for planning, supporting and implementing information systems. The Systems Analyst performs high‑level support and configuration of assigned applications. This position acts as liaison between the IT department and business units within the organization, working to elicit and define system requirements and turn them into technical specifications. The position uses strong analytical skills to help business users enhance operational efficiencies, facilitates collaboration between IT development, business analysts, and business units across the organization. This role plays a key part in the organization’s ECM modernization initiative, helping transition from legacy platforms to next‑generation solutions while supporting ongoing business operations. Underwriters New Mexico Mutual underwriters evaluate the risk of accidents and injuries at businesses that apply for coverage. Based on these evaluations, they calculate the amount of premium that will be required to cover the risk.
