About the Position

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 48-week travel assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact while gaining valuable experience in a long-term setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, and care planning for patients and families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support emotional, behavioral, and social health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient well-being and recovery.

• Assist patients in accessing community resources, support services, and discharge planning.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current LCSW license in good standing (state license or eligibility for reciprocity).

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or rehabilitation settings.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a travel assignment environment.
