As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will: Activelyparticipate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading theteam OverseeHVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep Performand manage preventive maintenance across the property Supervisestaff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safetyprotocols Manageinventory, supplies, and operating expenses Respondto and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently Ensuretimely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness Essential Skills and Abilities: Abilityto supervise, teach, and motivate staff Willingnessto perform any task that is required (i.e., janitorial, gardening,etc.) Goodwork safety habits Professionaldemeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Maintainsa neat and appropriate appearance in line with workplace standards. Goodcommunication skills Confident,positive attitude Abilityto interact with a wide range of people Abilityto participate in the emergency on-call rotation is required Required Education and Experience: Highschool degree or equivalent 3+years related experience as a Maintenance Supervisor Experience working on mini-splits Workingknowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting andrefurbishing Familiaritywith HVAC system and various appliances Computerproficiency Workingknowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting andrefurbishing Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: Mustpossess a valid Driver's License HVAC / EPA Certified #J-18808-Ljbffr PSG Global Solutions
