JOB TITLE: Receptionist
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate employee.
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
Set up meetings/events and schedule the conference room.
Receive and sort all incoming mail and parcels.
File, copy, and set up shipping information.
Help with department overflow.
Monitor office equipment and printer supplies.
Assist with payables or receivables.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School degree or GED required.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Must be authorized to work in the United States
