2. 200 acres of crop production and pasture

Position Overview The Agricultural Mechanic / Operator will oversee routine maintenance and repairs for our dairy and crop equipment while also serving as an equipment operator during planting, harvest, manure application, forage harvest, and other seasonal field activities. This role works closely with farm ownership and helps mentor less experienced operators and seasonal employees.
