Lifeguard & Pool Safety Specialist

The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is seeking a Lifeguard to maintain a safe and positive pool environment for all swimmers. You will monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, perform regular equipment checks, and respond to emergencies in accordance with YMCA policies and the “safe-in-six” model. This role requires at least 16 years old, current lifeguard certification (ARC) or equivalent, BLS/CPR/AED, first aid, and emergency oxygen administration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
