Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate employee health services in the local market, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a key resource for education, communication, and support related to occupational health, infection prevention, workers’ compensation, and staff wellness initiatives.
- Support pre-employment health screening, immunizations, return-to-work assessments, and fitness-for-duty evaluations as required by policy.
- Assist with infection prevention efforts and coordinate activities to align with regulatory standards and program goals.
- Contribute to workers’ compensation processes, including documentation, coordination with providers, and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Promote staff wellness and provide education on health, safety, and wellness topics; maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.

Requirements
- Active California RN license (required)
- Ability to work in a hospital-based occupational health program
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort with delivering education and guidance on health, safety, and preventive services
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
