Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or NP) - NORTH AURORA

Overview Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services with a mission to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are recruiting Psychiatric PAs or PMHNPs to join our team in the greater Aurora market. As a Behavioral Health Provider you will deliver psychiatric care including initial evaluations, individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. Benefits & Work Schedule No nights, weekends, or on‑call. Hybrid schedule with most providers working three days onsite and two days telehealth, or a four‑day week. Responsibilities Conduct initial mental health evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Manage medications and provide supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate Coordinate care with psychiatrists and mental health therapists Maintain accurate EMR documentation for all patient encounters Qualifications Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of IL Active DEA license Active CDS Passion for high‑quality care and excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills Proficiency in using an EMR system Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions Prefer APPs with over one year of professional work experience in an APP role, especially from an outpatient setting Compensation Estimated earnings: $130,000.00-$150,000.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr Geode Health of Texas, PLLC
