Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, including hands-on treatment, education, and training to patients Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively to promote seamless transitions Utilize evidence-based practice and stay current with industry advancements to deliver innovative and effective treatment approaches Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner Requirements No minimum years of experience required!
