Job Description

Experienced Loader

Schedule: Monday - Friday (sometimes Saturday and is mandatory if requested) 6:00 am - Until finish (about 4:30pm)

$20+/HR DOE

Location: Ocala, FL

Position Summary:

Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to load/unload trucks with concrete products and aggregates
Transport raw materials (sand, gravel, cement products) throughout the yard and plant
Maintain proper stockpiles and organize yard inventory
Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issues
Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Ensure accurate loading of customer and delivery trucks
Communicate with drivers and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operations
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
Keep yard clean, organized, and free of hazards
Assist with general labor duties as needed
