Medicare Navigator & Patient Advocate

Oak Street Health seeks a Patient Relations Analyst to educate patients about Medicare programs, resources, and affordable insurance options to increase access to care and patient retention. PRAs are clinic-insurance experts, advising patients and assisting with billing questions, especially during Medicare Open Enrollment.
