Responsibilities Assist customers with questions regarding products and services. Provide friendly and professional customer assistance. Assist with customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives. Help introduce customers to relevant products or services. Maintain organized customer information and activity records. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Support promotional and customer outreach activities when needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and take direction. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
