North Kansas City Hospital is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department (ER/ED) position. The shift details are 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, with three shifts per week totaling 36 scheduled hours. The job order starts on 06/23/2026 and ends on 09/22/2026, lasting 13 weeks. The shift is a 3x12-hour day, with every other weekend required, including at least two Sundays and two Mondays. The start date is ASAP. The charting system required is Cerner, and travel experience is mandatory. The candidate must have current certifications including American Heart Association- ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and CPI starting in January 2026. The candidate must pass an EKG exam on orientation day with an 80% or higher. The candidate must also complete CEUs for ED/ER placements, including 4 stroke, 8 trauma, and 4 cardiac CEUs. The candidate must have at least two years of experience, MO RN or Compact license, and no first-time travelers are accepted.
