Security Operations Center Lead

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services (SCIS) secures some of the most sensitive and mission-critical facilities in the nation. We're currently hiring a Full-Time Security Operations Center (SOC) Lead in San Antonio, Texas . Pay: $28.00 per hour Shift: 0530-1330 What You'll Do: The Security Operations Center (SOC) Lead is responsible for overseeing shift operations within the SOC and ensuring effective monitoring, analysis, and response to security events and incidents. This role supervises SOC analysis, ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, and coordinates incident response activities to protect personnel, facilities, assets, and operations. The SOC Lead provides real-time leadership during incidents, supports intelligence reporting, and ensures accurate documentation and escalation of security events. This position acts as the primary point of contact for SOC operations during assigned shifts. What We're Looking For: Minimum age of 21 years. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
