Job Overview Position: Charge Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift at UCHealth UCHlth Highlands Ranch Hospital, Mother Baby Unit. Location Highlands Ranch, CO, United States. Schedule and Pay Full time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Night shift. Pay range: $40.86 - $63.33 per hour, dependent on experience. Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually) to full-time night shift RNs. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Two years of nursing experience. EFM within 1 year (tracked on the unit). BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date; card must be valid for at least sixty days of hire. Responsibilities Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective and evidence‑based practice. Models proficiency through precepting new staff and contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
