Outpatient Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

• Florida RN license. Experience is preferred.

Position Details:
The office will be in Rockledge, but employee will float between our three Outpatient clinics throughout Brevard County and our EauGallie Outreach clinic.
Employee reports directly to the VP of Community Support Services and works closely with the Clinic Supervisors and the Director of Outreach.

Injection Clinics:
Manage the weekly Injection Clinics at our Titusville, Rockledge, and Melbourne clinics (each location, 1 day a week). This includes the actual administration of the medication, the necessary documentation of such, and the scheduling of such clinics.
This includes working closely with our prescribers and pharmacy staff to ensure the clients' medications are filled and ready for the Injection Clinic.
Additionally, work closely with scheduling staff to ensure the proper flow of the clinic and proper rescheduling of appointments.

Clinic Visits:
Conduct Clinic Visits in person and over the phone with individuals served.
This includes working closely with all clinical staff, as the RN will be contacting the clients on the provider's behalf to address any concerns the staff or client may have.
Further, the RN will document interactions with clients and report such interactions back to the clinical staff

CATT (Community Action Treatment Team):
Working with a multidisciplinary team to address the behavioral health concerns of children and adolescents.
Manage the scheduling of the clients' Medication Management appointments.
Attend Medication Management appointments with the multidisciplinary team.
Attend weekly staffing
Screen all medical concerns for the overseeing CATT prescriber.

Other:
Manage and order medical supplies for our Outpatient Clinics.
Assist Medical Assistants in screening clients before meeting with their medical provider.
