ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I became a State Farm agent in 2023, taking over an office that has proudly served the community for more than 35 years. I currently have a team of four, and together we’re focused on building strong relationships with our customers while maintaining a fun, community-oriented environment.

Before opening my agency, I spent 30 years in retail leadership positions, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, customer service, and business management. I was drawn to State Farm for the opportunity to be an entrepreneur—to build my own culture, lead a team, and serve my community in a meaningful way.

 
I’m a proud graduate of Western Michigan University, where I earned both my undergraduate degree and MBA. I love the city of Silverton and am deeply invested in its growth and success. My agency sponsors many local causes and is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, with most of our charitable giving focused on supporting local initiatives and events.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
• In search of Candidate willing to work Saturday morning hours

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
