Shift Information Work Shift: Night (United States of America) Job Summary As a Registered Nurse in the W.E.S.T. Float Pool, you will support multiple units, gaining diverse experience and delivering exceptional care where it is most needed. Responsibilities Deliver top‑notch patient care using the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide evidence‑based, compassionate care. Apply sharp clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage complex situations on your feet. Administer medications and perform safety checks with diligence and care. Educate and empower patients and families to understand procedures, treatments, and recovery plans. Prioritize safety and quality by verifying patient identities, following all protocols, and documenting with precision. Collaborate with a tight‑knit, supportive team across various departments to keep each day fresh and exciting. Qualifications Education: Diploma from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred. Licensure & Certifications: Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required; BLS required; NRP required; ACLS & PALS preferred. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent NICU‑related nursing care in a hospital setting required. Skills & Strengths Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.
